One of my favorite magazines is PURPLE FASHION MAGAZINE. This magazine is more than just a fashion magazine, at least more than what people think that a fashion magazine should be. To me this mag is exclusively about fashion because to me fashion are artists, photographers, musicians, writers and people living in this world, mainly people living in this world.
That should be the reason of why to me the prettiest things are always the most underground, no shinning, no sparkly, no nice, no perfect.
I've loved this Purple Winter fashion editorial from the fall/winter 2011 issue of this magazine. It's about two real sisters (not exactly the Olsens) and their real intereses in their real lifes showing their own style wich they adapt to their actual day a day.
I can find here more beauty than what I could find in a Kardasians show (I saw once 10 minuts of one).
For the Winter collections RICHARD KERN photographed the sisters SARAH and BRITNEY, indoors and outdoors, revealing the litany of teenage obsessions: cell phones, breast measurements, holding each other’s hand, acting coy, playing in the woods, piercing the same eyebrow, taking pills, abusing drugs, sneaking smokes, running naked, and just being young.

I just felt like discovering a new music world with this retro-electronic band, Summer camp.
If you tipe the band name in Google you'll probably find a lot of actual summer camps websites, pics and adresses; that's why is so surprising when you finally find their remarkable website wearesummercamp.com.
This extraordinary place is a ride through the 1984's summer in a California town called Conlade. The site is a little bit sinister, like traveling to the dimension of a 80's bad horror movie elapsed in a little town.
This digital ride is addictive, each nonsense phrase you click over takes you to a different Conlade's 1984's summer scene. Each scene has it's own soundtrack, little Summer Camp's songs pieces, and that's the true addictive part.
I recommend a tour over the site, and then a tour through their vintage-electronic sound, and then a look to their fanzine (down here) and then just fall in love!

When shopping girls we always tend to go to the girl section to find, sometimes, some particular garments that probably would make succesfully the outfit we have in our minds. Some times, we just can't find it because all we find is too tight, too short or, perhaps, too ornate.
Maybe it could be a plain scarf, a tie bow, maybe we are looking for some boyfriend's style trousers or maybe an XL tee could be the icing on the cake of the look that we want to get.
Well, some time ago I realized that all this clothes that I was missing so badly were all in the men's section!
From then I've opened my mind and I have discover tons of cool and peculiar clothes and designs that you could never find in the girl's section. Plus, girls who would never look in the boy's place for themselves have complimented me a lot for this unusual apparel.
The last boy's stuff I've got is this XL tee from Urban Outfitters. Has a cool ''hipster's breakfast'' picture, It's so comfy, XL... and sexy!
This is mainly about Amy Winehouse. I felt so happy when I saw this advertisement on TV, they (don't know exactly who) made a compilation of some 'hidden treasures', some hidden Winehouse's records never heard for the big crowd before. Yes, I'm terrible, I know when my fav singers have a new album because I see it on TV, maybe I should be closest to the music news when I say music is my passion.
This album is called 'Lioness: Hidden Treasures', a perfect name to me when has in it the amazing Valerie song, my fav from Amy (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lqSKVv6YO8g)
I still can't believe the whole bunch of voice comming out from her body in this video seeming like it's costing any efford to her. And the cover of the always magical Will you still love me tomorrow? song.
The record has too a cover of The girl from Ipanema (to me, not the best), the original (not the regular) versions of Tears dry on their own and of Wake up alone and seven sweet unpublished songs wich seem to have been recorded from 2002 to the date of her death (some of them were suposed to make part of her next album).
When I where at the store I felt atracted (as always) to some albums that I already had. But I really couldn't resist to getting another compilation from another muse: Janis Joplin Superhits. I thought: Why is this treasure on sale?, so I got it too...
Then the casher told me: 'So you are getting one from Amy Winehouse and another one from Janis Joplin'. That's when I realized I could be a little way mythomaniac, Amy and Janis, two divas belonging to the ''27 Club'', the group of big musicians who died beying 27, as well as Kurt Cobain or Jimi Hendrix.
Maybe I shouldn't, but I keep giving too much importance to people I love and I don't even know. I can't help it, I adore my idols!
